Conditions of use

The present conditions of utilization apply to any and all users of the site.

1– Intellectual property
The Site is an intellectual creation and as such it is subject to French legislation on the rights of authors and on intellectual property. The site and each of its composing elements is the intellectual property of Artevia. Artevia has obtained the authorisations permitting it to use these elements.  All rights of authors of original creations incorporated in the site, of works of art, and of their reproduction are reserved.
Subject to prior express agreement on the part of Artevia, any reproduction, representation, utilisation, modification, and exploitation of the works published on the site, all photographs, images, animations, video and audio clips, texts, graphics, iconographic documents, and the scenography of the exhibitions published on the site, as well as the software used for their creation, and in any of the elements of the publication of the site in general, by any person or persons, and any recuperation (especially for sale, marketing, hiring or rental etc.) are strictly forbidden. Users of the site will abstain from utilizing all or part of the site for any purpose other than strictly personal and private ones, particularly for the constitution of production of derived creations.
The cultural and/or educational contents (texts, audio, audiovisual or multimedia documents etc) as well as the photographic or iconographic reproduction of works published on the site are protected under the laws on intellectual property.
Any reuse for the exclusive purposes of information in application of the right of citation according to article L.122-5 of the Code of intellectual property is authorized only for strictly personal and private use.
Trade marks, names and logos of domains registered in the name of IEASM and appearing on the site are the exclusive property of IEASM. Their partial or total reproduction for any purpose whatever is prohibited under article L.713-2 of the said code.
The creation of hypertext links to our site equally requires written authorization from ARTEVIA.

2 - Protection of private data
Collecting personal data through the site and their treatment have regularly been registered with the CNIL. Personal data of a user may be collected while navigating on the site, especially for the purpose of processing and executing orders via its partner, the FNAC. Electronic messages sent to Artevia and electronic addresses used are liable to be preserved.
In conformity with the law of 6 July 1978, you have at any time the right of access, modification, suppression and opposition to the processing of these data by connecting with your account with FNAC or by downloading the “contact” form available under the tab “Billetterie”, followed by “Sécurité” of the site.

4 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present conditions of use are regulated, interpreted and applied in conformity with French legislation. Any litigation concerning the use of the site will be submitted to the exclusive competence of French law courts.
